  As of last night's order, my husband and I are done with ordering anything from Pizza Hut. We've given them a lot of extra chances to get better with their service & food, and this was about the fourth time in a row we've been dissatisfied. I used to love Pizza Hut and am very disappointed. This last order, my husband called in at least 20 minutes before he arrived. Not only was the food not ready yet, but they hadn't even started making it. I could understand if they were extremely busy, or made an error of some kind, but as usual no one bothers to apologize for him having to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for our large pizza. The $10 deal for a large with any toppings is such a great offer that we've been taking advantage of this. However, last time the pizza had virtually NO cheese on it. We had ordered a pepperoni lover's, and should have ordered extra cheese just to get a normal amount of cheese. This time, the pizza slices were half crust, half cheese/sauce/pepperoni. Again, we ordered a pepperoni lover's but with extra cheese. We did not get any extra pepperoni. The service in the restaurant itself is poor as well. The staff are unknowledgeable about their menu items. I'm sorry to say this pizza chain is going downhill, and it's really a shame.
